FIRE MAINTENANCE SERVICE
When we talk about fire-fighting maintenance, whether ordinary or extraordinary, we refer to a series of activities to be carried out periodically and aimed at preserving the operation and efficiency of fire-fighting systems over time.
It is not only a legal obligation. Fire-fighting maintenance is essential for the protection of people, properties and environments.
Owning a firefighting system and not performing proper maintenance on it is equivalent to owning no system at all.
Therefore, it is important to pay close attention to maintenance tasks by choosing qualified professionals.
The following points must be considered for a proper fire maintenance:
● The technical standard of reference
● The stages and periodicity of the visits
● The planned verification activities
● The documentation that the Client must provide to the Maintenance Technician
● The documentation that the Maintenance Technician must provide to the Client and the Assessor, confirming the correct execution of the work
● The equipment required for maintenance operations.
With a widespread distribution throughout the country and with the most advanced techniques and equipment, we are able to guarantee a punctual and qualified fire maintenance service as required by Ministerial Decree 01/09/2021 (so-called “Controls Decree”)

QUALIFIED MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS
Our qualified maintenance technicians are trained at the Tema Safety & Training Academy, one of the first training centres in Italy authorized by UMAN of ANIMA Confindustria.
By issuing the Control Decree of 01/09/2021 and the CNVVF Circular, prot no. 14804 of 06/10/2021, the "General criteria for the control and maintenance of fire safety systems, equipment and other systems, pursuant to Article 46, paragraph 3, letter a) point 3, of Legislative Decree no. 81 of 9 April 2008" were defined.
This is an important step for the entire sector which leads to a quality maintenance, done according to the rule of the art.
As a matter of fact, the Decree introduces for the first time the "qualified maintenance technician". This is a professional figure who, in order to operate on the systems, will have to follow a specific training course and undergo an examination to verify the acquired skills. Then the National Fire Brigade Committee will issue a certificate as "a qualified maintenance technician".
Tema Sistemi has been carrying out a quality maintenance service since 2017, choosing to obtain an ICIM certification on a voluntary basis to certify the high-quality work of its maintenance technicians.
