RemTech Expo is the only permanent international event dedicated to reclamation of contaminated sites, environmental and natural hazards, safety, maintenance and upgrading of the territory, climate changes and circular chemistry.
This year, Tema Sistemi contributed to the ChemTech seminar coordinated by Dr. Francesco Del Litto of Eni-Versalis, with a speech on the regulatory aspects of “Fire-fighting design in chemical and petrochemical plants”.
The topic was presented by Nicola Denunzio, Project Engineer of Tema Sistemi S.p.A., who highlighted the regulatory aspects of the design of fire-fighting systems for the chemical and petrochemical sectors.
In particular, “maintenance design” was discussed as a fundamental element for the preservation over time of the performance of the systems and the reduction of the “aging” of the same.
For this reason Denunzio has underlined the importance of the definition already at the design stage of the diversification in the timing and methods of maintenance of the various environments, even if they are part of the same plant.
